For the start of training in 2020, narz systems welcomed four young people. Three of them will do a vocational training, one will go through a dual study with the THM. Leon Steuernagel (electronics technician for industrial engineering), Lukas Ortstadt (dual bachelor's degree program in engineering - electrical engineering/technical informatics), Paula Scheuer and Felix Hofmann (both automation technology) spent an informative welcome day with their trainers to start their exciting future. Lukas Ortstadt has already successfully completed an apprenticeship at the company and has decided to add a Plus degree. We are particularly pleased about Paula Scheuer, the second young woman to complete an apprenticeship in the skilled trades with us.

Narz systems is a traditional family-owned company based in Herbstein, Germany. With currently 25 competent and motivated employees, the company has been successfully implementing automation and digitization solutions for demanding municipal and industrial applications for more than 20 years. As a training company with currently a total of seven trainees across all years, of which two are electronics technicians in the field of automation technology, one is an electronics technician in the field of operating technology, one is an electronics technician for energy and building technology and three trainees are IT specialists for application development, narz systems offers high-quality and practice-oriented training for its own needs in the company. The colleagues wish the career starters much success and a good start in the job.
