Before we went "to the start" on Friday, September 9, in the Alsfelder Hessenhalle from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., a lot of preparation was necessary: Our dusty cocktail machine had to be taken out of storage, serviced, polished and stocked with tasty juices, our centerpiece was allowed to go to the trade fair. The colorful non-alcoholic cocktails not only served as a crowd puller for those looking for training, but neighboring stands and other interested parties also enjoyed the great refreshment. The colleagues of narzsystems welcomed the face-to-face communication with the numerous interested young people.

Live on site our team was able to show the young people a PLC driven automation technology, as it is used in our switchgear construction, by means of the technical setup of the cocktail machine. The technology was connected to our software audako, so that the users were allowed to choose a cocktail from the well-structured and diverse cocktail menu (the selection ranged from classic to own creations) by clicking a button on the dashboard, which was prepared by our self-built machine. In the real world, audako monitors complex plants in the water industry, among other things.  

Managing director of narzsystems GmbH & Co.KG, Sebastian Narz, made himself a picture of the situation in the Hessenhalle. "The Vogelsberg has always been underestimated! We offer exceptional apprenticeships in IT that are unique in the region. We are not only looking for trainees, but young enthusiastic people for technology and IT," so he wants to show the young people prospects for modern apprenticeships in the region.
